On their fourth anniversary, the Izwi Digital Product Team announced that all service delivery will come through five products; Tanga, ScoreSocial, OtherWordly, PEAK, and SURGE.
This announcement lives up to the company’s core values of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity in service delivery. Before the change, customers accessed Izwi Digital’s signature packages through a three-level tiered approach; Starter, Silver, and Gold, depending on their immediate needs and budget. Over-the-counter design, research, and copywriting services have also been abandoned and integrated into the super five products.
When quizzed about the change, Izwi Digital’s Team Leader, Dennis Takaendesa, explained that the company won’t rest in pursuit of premium service delivery. He responded, “It’s a clear sign that we’ve been listening to our customers these past four years. We can’t preach embracing change and continuous improvement without leading by example. This optimization will make our services more inclusive, more relevant to the African market and help deliver consistent results to all our customers. If that’s not achieved, we’ll have to redesign them again.”
